Please be informed that it is mandatory to enter your full postal address, telephone number (valid landline or mobile number) when completing your order, otherwise the order cannot be dispatched.

Address in Taiwan must be provided in traditional Chinese, alongside your identity number. Address in Hong Kong must be provided in traditional Chinese, too.

Brazilian customers need to provide your tax number - please note that you will not be required to pay tax, as we shall pay.

The international postal suspension remained in place with some countries, such as Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway and MORE due to the impact of COVID-19. I am pleased to say that services now begin to resume steadily and will be back to normal shortly in the month of April. All the pending orders will be shipped within this week. Those who are currently waiting are advised to keep an eye on the confirmation emails sent through Bandcamp and our official webstore, which should include your tracking number.

On a side note, it was expected to ship Estatic Fear vinyl from the first half of April. There was a delay at pressing plant, however, so shipping would not begin until a few weeks later (not before too long). Thanks for your patience and support!
