Important Announcements

● Our shipping services shall terminate from 31st January to 20th February inclusive for Spring Festival (Chinese New Year). Shipping will resume on 21th February.

● All customers who have ordered physical items via the official webstore and Bandcamp store from 25th January onwards (China time zone) will receive a free copy of the Pest Productions Promo 2024 double CD while stocks last. 

● Please be informed that it is mandatory to enter your full postal address, telephone number (valid landline or mobile number) when completing your order, otherwise the order cannot be dispatched.

● Address in Taiwan must be provided in traditional Chinese, alongside your identity number. Address in Hong Kong must be provided in traditional Chinese, too.

● Brazilian customers need to provide your tax number - please note that you will not be required to pay tax, as we shall pay.
