● Please be informed that it is mandatory to enter your full postal address, telephone number (valid landline or mobile number) when completing your order, otherwise the order cannot be dispatched.

● Address in Taiwan must be provided in traditional Chinese, alongside your identity number. Address in Hong Kong must be provided in traditional Chinese, too.

● Brazilian customers need to provide your tax number - please note that you will not be required to pay tax, as we shall pay.
