Formed in 2023 and with a string of high-quality releases, ASCALAPHA has slowly made its way through the USBM scene. Rustic and droning, it combines the 90s aesthetics, conveying the mystics through walls of nebula synth and brute melodies. His new album, FATA MORGANA, has garnered praise from the underground. Its almost textbook execution of a minimalist approach to BM creates a mournful atmosphere that is sinfully enticing.
